You don’t need to become someone new. You may have simply lost touch with the woman you were before life asked so much of you.

You’ve spent years building a meaningful life. You’ve shown up for your family, your career, your friends, your community. From the outside, many people would look at your life and think, “She’s doing it.”

Why This Retreat Exists

I didn’t realize what was happening until I created space to see it.

For years, I was building a life I was genuinely grateful for—a meaningful career, a family I love, and opportunities I never took for granted.

But somewhere along the way, my identity became so intertwined with what I did for everyone else that I stopped asking myself one simple question:

How do I want to live?

After years of carrying the demands of work, caring for my family, and walking alongside my mom through dementia, I realized I wasn’t searching for another accomplishment.

I was searching for peace. So I intentionally created space.

In that space, I found something I hadn’t realized I’d been missing: myself.

That’s why I created She’s the Moment. Not because I have life figured out, but because I know what it feels like to lose yourself inside a life you genuinely love—and how meaningful it is to find your way back.

This retreat is an invitation to begin that journey.

This retreat is an invitation to begin that journey.

This Isn’t Just a Retreat

This weekend isn’t about escaping your life or becoming someone new.

It’s about creating enough space to reconnect with yourself so you can return home living more intentionally.

Space that’s just as intentional as the schedule

Some of the most meaningful moments happen between the sessions—during a quiet walk, an unhurried meal, or a conversation you never expected to have.

This Experience May Be For You If…
You may recognize yourself here
Touch the ones that feel true.
You’ve built a life you’re genuinely grateful for, but keeping it all going has quietly become exhausting.
You’re successful on paper, yet something still feels missing.
You’ve spent so much time caring for everyone else that you’ve lost touch with yourself.
You don’t want a different life—you want to experience the life you’ve built differently.
You keep telling yourself you’ll slow down “when things settle down,” but deep down, you know that day may never come.
If you found yourself nodding as you read this…
I think you’ll feel at home here.
Meet Your Guides
The people who will walk alongside you
Each guide has been part of my own journey. I didn't choose them simply because of their expertise—I chose them because I've experienced the care, wisdom, and transformation they bring.
Now, it's an honor to introduce them to you.
Mechelle Davis
01
Mechelle Davis
Owner, Yoga Hive Healing Arts Studio
Yoga Therapist • Reflexologist • Spiritual Wellness Coach • Reiki Practitioner

I first met Mechelle while planning an executive wellness retreat, and we connected almost immediately. But it was during one of the hardest seasons of my life that our relationship became something much deeper.

When my mom was diagnosed with dementia, Mechelle understood the weight of caregiving because she had walked that road herself. She didn't just support me—she lovingly cared for my mom with compassion, dignity, and a calming presence during moments our family will never forget. Watching the way she cared for both of us taught me that healing isn't always about having the right words. Sometimes it's about helping someone feel safe enough to simply be. For more than eighteen years, Mechelle has helped people reconnect with themselves through yoga therapy, reflexology, Reiki, and spiritual wellness. During She's the Moment, she creates that same sense of safety through movement, breath, grounding practices, and her calming presence, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Vashti Dennis
Founder, Monumental Wellness
Intuitive Healer • International Retreat Leader

I met Vashti through bodybuilding, which still makes me smile because it's probably the least interesting part of our story.

At the time, my life was largely measured by accomplishment, discipline, and responsibility. What impacted me most wasn't her strength—it was the way she moved through the world with joy, freedom, spirituality, and trust. Years later, she invited me to my first international retreat, an experience that expanded my understanding of what healing could look like and planted the seeds for what would eventually become She's the Moment. As the founder of Monumental Wellness, Vashti weaves movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, Reiki, and sacred practices into experiences that reconnect women with themselves. During She's the Moment, she'll invite you back to joy, beauty, expression, and the wisdom that's already within you.

Nakia Caesh
Founder, Stretch Theory
Therapeutic Bodywork & Movement Specialist

The first time I stepped off Nakia's treatment table, I remember feeling physically lighter. I hadn't realized how much stress my body had been carrying until someone helped me listen to it.

Over the years, I entrusted not only myself but also my family to his care. After my mom passed away, his work became an important part of my healing journey. He also introduced me to reformer Pilates, forever changing my relationship with movement. Fitness stopped being about pushing harder and became an invitation to care for my body differently. For more than twenty years, Nakia has helped everyone from professional athletes to executives recover from the effects of stress and overwork through therapeutic bodywork, myofascial release, and movement restoration. During She's the Moment, he'll help you release what your body has been carrying and experience what it feels like to simply let go.

Sioux Greaux
Quantum Integration Specialist
Bioenergetic Therapy • Reiki • Sound Therapy • Hypnotherapy • Foot Zone Therapy

I met Sioux through a mutual friend at exactly the right season of my life. Again and again, she gently pointed me back to truth, possibility, and the grace that's available when we loosen our grip on who we think we have to be.

As I began redefining success, releasing identities that no longer fit, and learning to live with greater intention, she became one of the people who consistently reminded me that life doesn't have to be lived through striving. Sioux has a remarkable ability to help people look beneath the surface of what they're experiencing—not to fix them, but to gently uncover the beliefs, emotional patterns, and stories that may no longer be serving them. Her work draws from Bioenergetic Therapy, Reiki, Sound Therapy, biofield scanning, hypnotherapy, and Foot Zone Therapy, an advanced modality for which she is the exclusive practitioner in Georgia. During She's the Moment, Sioux creates space for insight, release, and meaningful transformation, helping you listen differently to what your mind, body, and heart may be trying to tell you.

The Rhythm of Your Weekend

This weekend isn’t designed to keep you busy. It’s designed to help you slow down.

Every conversation, meal, wellness experience, and quiet moment has been thoughtfully woven together to create space for you to reconnect with yourself—not just while you’re here, but long after you return home. Rather than following a packed schedule, each day unfolds with a gentle rhythm.

01

Moments of meaningful conversation and reflection.

02

Moments to move your body in ways that feel restorative rather than demanding.

03

Moments to receive care instead of always being the one giving it.

04

Moments to enjoy nourishing meals, quiet walks, and unhurried conversations.

05

Some experiences will be guided. Others will simply invite you to pause long enough to hear yourself again.

Because sometimes the most meaningful part of the weekend isn’t what happens during a session. It’s what happens in the quiet moments between them.

A Glimpse of the Weekend
Imagine yourself…
Waking up slowly.
Being fully seen.
Intentionally receiving care.
Hearing yourself again.

What if she’s simply been buried beneath years of responsibility, expectations, accomplishments, and caring for everyone else?

For four days, you’ll step into a space intentionally designed to help you slow down, breathe, laugh, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Not to fix yourself. Not to become someone new. But to remember the woman who’s been there all along.

01

A deeper trust in yourself.

02

Greater clarity about what brings you peace.

03

The confidence to intentionally create more of those moments in your everyday life.

Because the goal isn’t simply what happens during these four days. It’s knowing how to return to yourself long after the retreat ends.

A Few Questions You May Be Wondering About
What if I’ve never been to a retreat before?
+

You’re exactly who this retreat was designed for.

You don’t need to know how to meditate, journal, or have any previous wellness experience. You don’t have to arrive with the right words or all the answers.

Simply come as you are. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

What if I’m not comfortable sharing personal things in a group?
+

There is never any pressure to share more than you’re ready to.

Some women process by talking. Others by listening. Others through quiet reflection.

Every experience throughout the weekend is an invitation—not an expectation.

Is this a therapy retreat?
+

No.

While meaningful conversations and personal reflection are part of the weekend, this isn’t about reliving every painful experience or unpacking your entire past.

It’s about creating enough space to become curious about yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and experience new possibilities for how you want to live.

Will there be free time?
+

Absolutely. In fact, it’s intentional.

Some of the most meaningful moments happen between the scheduled experiences—walking the grounds, journaling, sitting quietly with a cup of coffee, or having an unexpected conversation with another woman.

Space isn’t empty. It’s part of the experience.

What if I come alone?
+

Many women will.

One of the most beautiful parts of the weekend is discovering how quickly strangers become a community when everyone arrives with open hearts and a shared desire to create space for themselves.

You’ll never be expected to navigate the weekend alone.

How does the deposit work?
+

A non-refundable $500 deposit reserves your space. The remaining balance of $2,099 will be invoiced separately and is due by September 7, 2026. Reservations are confirmed once the final balance is paid.

What is your cancellation policy?
+

We understand that life happens.

Because accommodations, meals, and our guides are reserved well in advance, all payments are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, we’ll do our best to transfer your registration to a future retreat if space is available.

We also recommend purchasing travel insurance if you’re traveling from out of town.

THE QUIET CHECK-IN

Something brought you here.

You may not be ready to name what is changing.

You may only know that something feels different—or that you have been living at a distance from yourself.

The Quiet Check-In is a private, four-question reflection created to help you put language to what you may be feeling.

There is nothing to prepare. Nothing you need to fix. And nothing you need to decide.

Answer honestly. Receive a deeper reflection on what your answers may be revealing—and a gentle place to begin.

A Closing Invitation

If something in you has been quietly whispering, “There has to be another way…” I hope you’ll listen.

If something in you has been quietly whispering, “There has to be another way…” I hope you’ll listen.

Not because this weekend will magically change your life. But because creating space has a way of changing how we experience the life we’ve already been given.
